I wanted a special arrangement for special friends, from an independent flower shop, so went to Fork and Hay. I chose "When Harvest Time Has Come" and added flowers to it. They sent me a snapshot of my customized arrangement, which was a pleasant surprise, and it was absolutely beautiful. Nick called me when they could not get in touch with the recipients on a Saturday evening and said it may have to wait until Monday. I gave them a second phone number and shortly after, received an email saying it was delivered. Because I wasn't sure if it was an automated email, I contacted Nick who got right back to me and said it had, indeed, been delivered.
